Carnesville, GA and Hebron, KY – Road Tested Parts (“RTP” or the “Company”), a leading value-added distributor of recycled OEM automotive parts to collision and mechanical repair shops, is proud to announce that it has partnered with Bessler Auto Parts (“Bessler”), expanding its footprint into the Midwest.
RTP was established in 2021 when Weaver Parts partnered with Incline Equity Partners to acquire like-minded automotive salvage businesses and create an industry leading company. Based in Hebron, KY and founded in 1985, Bessler is a super-regional operator in the recycled parts distribution industry serving customers throughout the Midwestern United States. Led by second-generation operators John and Aaron Bessler, Bessler operates two full-service facilities in Massillon, Ohio and Wilder, Kentucky, two self-service facilities in Louisville and Hebron, Kentucky and a corporate facility in Fort Mitchell, Kentucky. Going forward, John will assume the role of Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development at RTP and Aaron will serve as Senior Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis.
